Our advanced facilities specialise in Zinc Flake Coating Services in India, providing corrosion protection solutions for high-strength fasteners and precision-engineered components.
With four manufacturing plants, 13+ advanced coating lines and a skilled team of 500+ professionals, we deliver consistent coating quality, production efficiency and reliable turnaround times
Components undergo alkaline and solvent cleaning, rinsing and controlled drying to remove oil, grease and surface contaminants. This prepares the fasteners for coating while avoiding the electroplating-related hydrogen charging associated with conventional processes.
Table blasting, hanger blasting, tumble blasting and shot blasting activate the metal surface. The appropriate preparation method is selected according to component geometry and coating requirements.
GEOMET® zinc flake coating is applied through advanced spray, rack, bulk dip-spin and dip-drain processes. The application creates a uniform 8–12 µm layer of overlapping zinc and aluminium flakes.
Thermal curing bonds the lamellar zinc and aluminium layers into a stable protective coating. This creates a durable barrier with excellent corrosion and temperature resistance.
Every production lot undergoes visual and analytical inspection. XRF thickness measurement, adhesion testing, curing verification and coefficient of friction checks help maintain consistent coating quality.
Our in-house testing capabilities include XRF analysis, optical microscopy, salt spray testing and coefficient of friction measurement. Coating performance is evaluated against applicable industry standards, including ISO 10683, ASTM B117 and ISO 9227.
Aum Dacro provides specialised surface treatment and corrosion protection solutions for automotive, engineering and industrial applications. Our services combine internationally recognised coating technologies with advanced application processes.
Our flagship GEOMET® zinc flake coating services in India provide non-electrolytic, chrome-free corrosion protection using overlapping zinc and aluminium lamellae. This advanced Zinc Aluminium Flake Coating technology is suitable for high-strength bolts, nuts, studs and precision fasteners that require superior corrosion resistance without compromising mechanical integrity.
